Clients have certain expectations regarding policies in the areas of recruitment, confidentiality and professionalism, therefore, a practice of background checks and non-disclosure agreement’s for all personnel and new personnel should be implemented. This policy outlines procedures for extending background checks to temporary personnel and independent contractors.

This policy applies to professionals recruited in the future to full time positions and professionals currently or in the future recruited for temporary and independent contractor engagements, as well as any other employees provided by firms working with a company.
