Subscriber Content

This tool contains two sample programs that provide general steps organizations can use for measuring and enhancing their service-level controls.
The objectives of this program are to conduct a planning meeting to discuss the scope, approach and timing; determine the appropriate audit contact; obtain and review the policy and procedures for service-level activities; establish a schedule for status meetings and open-communication protocols; obtain service-level agreement IT policies and procedures; test that appropriate users are aware of and understand service-level agreement processes and procedures; and compile test work and key support data into a work paper binder.
